What’s included on Perfectly Flawed Getaways?

All Trips include:

  • So much yumminess!!!
  • Airport transfers and all local transportation.
  • An itinerary loaded with exciting excursions, and new adventures.
  • Specially Curated Dining Experiences.
  • Meals (most breakfasts, lunches, & dinner) with your dietary restrictions in mind. Desserts & alcoholic beverages not included unless specified. (Water will always be available, but please bring a reusable drink container, let’s be good to our earth, thank you.)
  • Perfectly Flawed Woman, plus additional Travel Ambassador, and Local Guides.
  • Consciously created Swag Bags.
  • A Perfectly Flawed collection of New Friendships.

What you’re responsible for:

  • Flights – You are responsible for booking flights. If you need simple assistance, please ask and we can point you in the right direction. If you would like to book through a Travel Agent please message Danielle Moyse-Hamma 727-768-1927 or e-mail her at Wondroustravelers@gmail.com.
  • Travel insurance – You are responsible for obtaining your own travel insurance.We recommend that you purchase travel insurance at the point of booking your spot on a Perfectly Flawed Getaway. This is in order that you are insured should unforeseen circumstances prevent you from attending the trip. We recommend World Nomads, Safety Wing, or we can connect you with a travel agent to assist you. Nevertheless, it is your responsibility to research travel insurance companies in your location and select an insurer that covers both trip cancellation and medical coverage abroad. Perfectly Flawed Getaways is not liable for cancelled flights, sudden sickness, or change of plans causing you to miss the Getaway.
  • Travel Liability Waiver… You will be required to sign a waiver releasing PFG of any liability in case of an incident.
  • Visas and vaccinations – These vary by country, we will let you know what is required.
  • Spending money in local currency – for any extras, free time, and souvenirs. Usually best exchange rate is at ATM’s once you arrive at the destination. We will let you know if you should acquire currency beforehand.
  • Gratuities for local guides and drivers of our tours.

Ethics and Sustainability?

Being responsible travelers is a top priority of Perfectly Flawed Getaways. So many people are enjoying travel these days, so it’s important that we are mindful and respectful of the people, places, and environments that we visit. It begins by us working with local people and companies, and securing vendors that are using sustainable practices. As a guest we ask that you’re understanding when we turn down daily service in our shared accommodations, that you reuse your towels, bring your own reusable water bottle and always be respectful of local customs and requirements. As travelers, we are visitors.

Do you cater for dietary requirements?

We will always do our best to accommodate all dietary requirements. Please keep in mind that Perfectly Flawed Getaways has a strong Local Food Culture element with specially curated food experiences wherever we are in the world.

Is this for Solo Women only?

We look forward to meeting you solo or with a BFF. We do encourage solo travel as a time to create new friendships while empowering you to grow through the experience, but we are excited that you’re here, and traveling whether solo or not.

Do I get my own room?

Most accommodations are shared, you will most likely be sharing a room with 1 to 3 other women. Once registered you will receive access to a private Facebook group where you can start connecting with others in advance! If you need a private room please contact us, they are available on some trips for an extra, solo traveler rate (varies by Getaway).

Is there any Free Time?

Yes, this will vary by trip, but free time will be built into every Perfectly Flawed Getaway. So… if you’re itching for down time, or want to check out something not in the itinerary, this time is for you! Often, large pieces of the itinerary are optional. Please give us a heads-up if you’d like to pass on any of the plans.

Can you help me with flights?

You are responsible for booking your flights. However, once you are booked and we have received your deposit we can personally assist you with your flight plans. Please ask if you’d like assistance. If I change my mind, do I get a refund?

All of the accommodations and activities are paid for in advance making all deposits non-refundable. However, we do allow for you to put your deposit towards another trip should you be unable to attend the original trip you put your deposit towards.

What is the method of payment?

Currently, we accept Venmo & PayPal. We are working to implement payment directly from our site in the future.

How does the payment plan work?

Our payment plans are divided by how many months are remaining prior to the trip start date. Payments are typically due the 1st of each month, some exceptions apply.  

What is the average group size?

We like to keep groups intimate with a range of 8-12 women total, depending on the trip!

What is the average group age?

Our typical age range is 38-58 years old. We do however welcome all ages, 18+.
